Booking, cancellation & payment policies
Cancellation & rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment receive a full refund. With less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price applies; for a booking made with W Points, 50% of the points for that booking are deducted. No-shows are charged the full service price. Late arrivals are charged the full appointment price, and the session will end at its originally scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients.

- For an unpaid booking, the late-cancellation fee is added to your account for your next visit.
- W Points deductions and account fees are recorded by the Whealth team; the website does not apply them automatically.
- Massage and physiotherapy must be booked at least 24 hours in advance so we can arrange your therapist.
- Pay-at-Whealth bookings are confirmed without a card guarantee.
Packages & membership
Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used before their expiration date. Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable package period.

Online payment (optional)
Stripe or PayPal
Cash and Zelle payments have no processing fee. Online payments may include an applicable payment-processing cost, which will be clearly displayed before checkout.
Tax
Services are delivered in the Dominican Republic. Tax configuration remains disabled until the owner's accountant confirms which services qualify as exempt health services, whether memberships/packages are treated differently, whether ITBIS or another tax applies, and the correct percentage. Wyoming sales tax does not apply simply because WhealthCo is a Wyoming LLC.
