Dasha Maximov

Founder & Wellness Consultant

English · Spanish · Russian

Dasha spent nine years as a management consultant, working on business strategy, operations and M&A before turning her attention to neuroscience and recovery.

After sustaining six concussions, she went through her own long recovery journey, in which hyperbaric oxygen therapy played an important part.

She went on to cofound the Health Optimisation Summit in Europe and has advised clinics and health startups on how they build and communicate their offerings.

Dasha founded Whealth Recovery Center to bring practical recovery tools, education and community to Cabarete — helping people understand their options and identify sensible next steps for their own recovery, longevity and nervous-system health.

She's especially interested in bridging technology with nature, and in building a recovery community rooted in the place she calls home.

Education

Academy of Naturopathy & Alternative Medicine (ANAM) (opens in a new tab)

Dasha also completed naturopathic education through the Academy of Naturopathy & Alternative Medicine (ANAM). It shapes how she approaches wellness conversations: curious, practical and focused on the whole person.

Naturopathic education is background, not a medical qualification. Dasha is not a physician, and Whealth doesn’t offer medical diagnosis or treatment.

Ask a question

Hi! I’m Whealth’s question helper. I’m an automated tool, not a person. I answer from the information published on this website: services, prices, hours, policies, membership and retreats.

I can’t book appointments, check live availability, or give medical advice, and nothing is booked through this chat. For anything personal, you can message the Whealth team.

You don’t need to share your name, phone number or health history. Your question is only used to find an answer and isn’t saved.
